Job description

We are hiring Sprinter / Cargo Van owner‑operators for VICTORIA LOGISTICS CARRIER. This is an independent contract agreement offering competitive rates, with dispatchers who have 4+ years of experience and access to many loads.

Competitive Rates

• Sprinters (long miles, good areas): $0.85 - $1.35 per mile, (long miles, bad areas): $0.85 - $1.10 per mile. Canada – Sprinters $1.25 - $1.55 per mile.
• Personalized loads: loads are matched to your preferred types to save you time.
• Payment: 3-5 business days, quick pay 3%.
• Days: Monday‑Friday.

Basic Requirements

• Own a Sprinter or Cargo Van.
• Be a U.S. citizen, resident, green‑card holder, or have work authorization.
• Be at least 21 years old.
• Speak, understand, and read basic English (Russian speakers also hired).
• All drivers must be approved, accepted, and registered with VICTORIA LOGISTICS CARRIER to accept company loads.
• The applicant will execute an independent contractor agreement as an owner‑operator; company drivers are not hired.

Vehicle Requirements

• Sprinter not older than 2016.
• Vehicle must have a minimum of 4 straps and PPE.
• All decals must be removed.
• If any changes are made to the vehicle, the owner must inform the company before deployment and provide registration and insurance.
• At least 6 months of driving experience.
• Minimum average monthly salary of $8,000 or more (depends on vehicle, work willingness, payload, Hazmat certificate, TSA/TWIC).
