Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Ability to work with a variety of personalities and excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of NCAA and RMAC rules and regulations; commitment to student achievement.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coaching student-athletes, evaluating performance in practice and competition.
• Teach fundamentals, provide leadership and instruction.
• Coordinate recruiting to attract student-athletes within NCAA/RMAC rules.
• Ensure eligibility requirements and financial aid administration in line with rules.
• Coordinate video exchanges, editing, and film sessions.
• Develop, implement and supervise practices, workouts, and contests; monitor academics; assist with camps and fund-raising.
