Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Inspect, test, maintain, and repair water-based fire protection systems.
• Perform system impairments, restorations, and documentation per IC protocols.
• Read blueprints, schematics, and fire protection drawings.
• Ensure compliance with NFPA standards, local codes, AHJ requirements.
• Prepare detailed inspection reports, deficiency reports, and maintenance records.
• Coordinate with facility managers, engineers, and security personnel in secure environments.
• Support system upgrades, retrofits, and acceptance testing.
