Pye-Barker Fire & Safety is seeking a Sprinkler Install Support Technician to assist in installing fire sprinkler systems. Under direct supervision, you will learn industry standards, safety procedures, and company protocols while performing basic tasks.

Responsibilities include assisting technicians, handling hand tools, transporting materials to job sites, keeping the work area clean, and supporting documentation. Travel to job sites is required, with opportunities for training and growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 6 months sprinkler-related experience.
• Must follow instructions and work under direct supervision.
• Clean driving record with active driver's license if driving is required.

The Sprinkler Install Support Technician assists in the installation of fire sprinkler systems. The Support Technician works under direct supervision and assists with basic tasks while learning industry standards, safety procedures, and company protocols.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assist technicians with installation of fire sprinkler systems.
• Use hand tools and equipment under direct supervision.
• Transport tools, materials, and equipment to job sites.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.

Education/Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have at minimum 6 months experience in sprinkler work or a related field.
• Must be able to follow instructions and work under direct supervision.
• Must have a clean driving record and active driver's license (if driving is required).

Other Duties:

• Adheres to the Code of Conduct, Confidentiality Agreement, and Company Safety Policy.
• Performs other duties assigned by management.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, climbing ladders, and working in various environments.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
• Work performed in commercial, industrial, and construction environments.
• Exposure to varying conditions including heights, confined spaces, and active job sites.
