Job summary

Pye-Barker Fire & Safety, LLC is hiring a Fire Sprinkler Support Technician to assist service technicians with maintenance, repair and troubleshooting of fire sprinkler systems. You will learn industry standards and safety procedures under direct supervision.

No minimum experience is required beyond a high school diploma. The role emphasizes training, safety, and teamwork, with full-time benefits including medical and 401K, paid vacation, and potential company vehicle where applicable.

The Support Technician works under direct supervision and assists with basic tasks while learning industry standards, safety procedures, and company protocols.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist service technicians with maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of fire sprinkler systems.
• Use hand tools and testing equipment under direct supervision.
• Transport tools, materials, and equipment to job sites.

• Perform tasks as directed does not independently perform jobs.
• Travel to job sites as required.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, climbing ladders, and working in various environments.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
• Work performed in commercial, industrial, and construction environments.
• Exposure to varying conditions including heights, confined spaces, and active job sites.
