Job summary

This role requires physically demanding work with ladders, limited spaces, and occasional nights or weekends. You will use low voltage wiring, complete service acknowledgments on a laptop, follow a strict inspection schedule, and document activities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years documented experience in sprinkler systems.
• RME-I license or NICET II per Texas requirements.
• Experience reading blueprints and specifications.
• Ability to lift 50-70 lbs and work in tight spaces.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections, testing, servicing, installing and preventative maintenance of life safety product lines.
• Work with low voltage wiring and associated devices for operation of low voltage equipment.
• Complete Service Acknowledgements with proper coding via laptop or hard copy.
• Follow and maintain a highly structured inspection schedule.
• Input, retrieve and archive inspection documentation via laptop.
• Make minor repairs and programming changes under supervision.
• Complete assigned inspections on time.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
