Shamrock Roofing & Construction in Springfield, MO is seeking a W2 Roofing Sales Representative to grow home upgrade sales through local, community-focused outreach. The role is on-site with full training and a base salary plus uncapped commission, plus a company truck.
You will build relationships with homeowners, qualify leads, and close roofing projects while representing a trusted Midwest contractor. Must reside within 30 miles of Springfield; active, results-driven sales experience
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Self-motivated and success-driven, with a track record of setting and hitting goals.
- Confident, competent, and passionate about helping others.
- Leadership skills to inspire and guide others.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Comfortable working outdoors and physically able to climb ladders and lift up to 50 lbs.
