Responsibilities

• Generate leads through door-to-door canvassing, storm outreach, referrals, and community networking in the Springfield area.
• Conduct thorough roof, gutter, and siding inspections and document damage.
• Educate homeowners on roofing solutions, the insurance claims process, and Shamrock's services.
• Prepare and present project proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales.
• Manage projects from signed contract through completion, serving as the homeowner's primary point of contact.
• Coordinate with production and operations teams to ensure timely, quality work.
• Collect payments and maintain accurate project documentation throughout the lifecycle.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to drive referrals and long-term relationships.
