Shamrock Roofing & Construction in Springfield, MO is seeking a W2 Roofing Sales Representative to grow home upgrade sales through local, community-focused outreach. The role is on-site with full training and a base salary plus uncapped commission, plus a company truck.

You will build relationships with homeowners, qualify leads, and close roofing projects while representing a trusted Midwest contractor. Must reside within 30 miles of Springfield; active, results-driven sales experience

Must currently reside within :30 miles of Springfield, MO. This is an on-site, community-based role local roots and knowledge of the Springfield area strongly preferred.

Compensation

• Base Salary: $50,000 (W-2 position)
• Commission: Uncapped earning potential
• Average Earnings: $100,000+ annually
