Job summary

• Encourage independence and assist with developing daily living and social skills.
• Provide transportation and support individuals during community outings and appointments.
• Implement individual service plans and follow established behavioral support strategies.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive living environment.
• Administer or assist with medications as permitted by training and applicable regulations.
• Monitor individual health, safety, and well-being.
• Complete daily documentation, progress notes, and incident reports accurately.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, families, and other team members.
• Treat every individual with dignity, respect, patience, and compassion.
