Job summary

Baseballism is seeking energetic part-time seasonal sales associates for the Spring Training season at our Peoria, AZ store located at Peoria Stadium.

Ideal candidates have customer service experience, knowledge of baseball or softball, and availability during spring break. You will maintain store visuals, merchandise, engage with customers, process payments, and help restock the showroom floor through April 2026.

Qualifications

• Some customer service experience.
• Outgoing and energetic.
• Knowledge of Baseball or Softball is a must.
• Must have some spring break availability.

Responsibilities

• Maintain visual and presentation standards throughout store and stock area.
• Execute merchandising, apparel placement and folding.
• Create a fun and energetic atmosphere inside the store with customers and staff.
• Engage with customers and ensure they are served beyond their expectation.
• Process payments, handle returns and restock the showroom floor.
• Work with integrity and a positive outlook.
