Job summary

Baseballism, the official off-the-field brand, seeks seasonal sales associates for the Spring Training season at our Mesa store in Hohokam Stadium.

This part-time position focuses on visual standards, merchandising, friendly customer service and ringing up purchases. Availability during spring break is a must.

Qualifications

• Some customer service experience.
• Outgoing and energetic.
• Knowledge of Baseball or Softball is a must.
• Must have some spring break availability.

Responsibilities

• Maintain visual and presentation standards throughout store and stock area.
• Execute merchandising, apparel placement and folding.
• Create a fun and energetic atmosphere inside the store with customers and staff.
• Engage with customers and ensure they are served beyond their expectation.
• Process payments, handle returns and restock the showroom floor.
• Work with integrity and a positive outlook.
