Job summary

Baseballism is seeking seasonal sales associates for the Spring Training season at Goodyear Ballpark, Goodyear, AZ. This part-time/seasonal position involves maintaining store visuals, merchandising, and engaging customers during the Spring Training period.

Responsibilities include processing payments, handling returns, restocking, and creating a fun, energetic atmosphere. Must be available for spring break and have some customer service experience. Knowledge of Baseball or Softball is a plus.

Qualifications

• Some customer service experience is required.
• Outgoing and energetic demeanor.
• Knowledge of Baseball or Softball is required.
• Must have some spring break availability.

Responsibilities

• Maintain visual and presentation standards throughout store and stock area.
• Execute merchandising, apparel placement and folding.
• Create a fun and energetic atmosphere inside the store with customers and staff.
• Engage with customers and ensure they are served beyond their expectation.
• Process payments, handle returns and restock the showroom floor.
• Work with integrity and a positive outlook.
