HW Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced Spring Set-Up Operator in Farmington, CT to set up and adjust spring coiling and secondary machinery, ensuring precision components meet strict quality standards. The role requires bending manufacturing tooling and maintaining production pace with strong mechanical aptitude.

The candidate should have at least 5 years of spring manufacturing setup experience, read blueprints, and demonstrate reliable attendance and teamwork.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of spring manufacturing setup experience.
• Strong mathematical skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience using gauges and inspection equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Set up and adjust spring coiling and secondary manufacturing equipment.
• Ensure efficient operation of departmental machinery.
• Perform minor repairs and adjustments to machine tools and equipment.
• Remove existing tooling and install new tooling as required.
• Maintain machine performance and production efficiency throughout each shift.
