Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of experience setting up and operating spring coiling machines.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of wire‑forming principles.
• Reliable and comfortable in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC/mechanical coilers.
• Adjust tooling and guides to meet specifications.
• Produce first‑piece samples and make adjustments.
• Inspect parts using calipers and micrometers.
• Troubleshoot coil inconsistencies and tooling wear.
• Maintain accurate production documentation.
