Job summary

Enterprise Mobility invites university students to join a Management Internship in Fort Myers, Florida, offering paid experience with a real-world leadership track. The 12-week spring program starts between January and February 2027 at 10999 Terminal Access Road, Fort Myers, FL 33913, with pay of $16.00 per hour plus bonus opportunities.

You will tackle projects, learn to manage fleets and customer relationships, and compete with peers while supporting Enterprise Mobility's mobility solutions

Qualifications

• Actively enrolled in a bachelor’s program full-time; Junior or Senior year.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Minimum of three months experience in sales, customer service, management or leadership.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• Able to work at least 20-25 hours per week.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on your record in the past 5 years (i.e., DUI, DWI).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Assist in fleet and customer management during internship.
• Develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Complete intern projects and participate in friendly team competition.
• Possibly eligible for performance incentives and referral rewards.
