Job summary

Enterprise is offering a Management Internship in Panama City, FL for a current senior pursuing graduation by May 2027. You will gain hands-on experience in fleet management, customer service, and marketing projects while working up to 25 hours per week (including a monthly weekend rotation).

As a paid intern, you’ll engage in projects, earn the chance for performance incentives, and learn in a team-based environment alongside peers and mentors.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old.
• Must be a current Senior in your bachelor’s degree program scheduled for graduation no later than May 2027.
• Must have 6 months of sales or customer service or marketing or management experience.
• Must have a current and valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents on driving record within the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on your record in the past 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be able to work up to 25 hours per week, including a weekend rotation once a month.

Responsibilities

• When you join our Management Internship Program, you'll be placed in core assignments and learn to manage a fleet of vehicles, serve customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.
• During the internship, you’ll complete intern projects and may participate in performance incentives and employee referral rewards.
