Enterprise Holdings is offering a 12-week Spring Management Internship in Fort Myers, FL. This paid internship provides real-world experience, a team-based environment and opportunities to learn to run a business, manage a fleet and build customer relationships.

Interns work 20–25 hours per week, with flexible start dates between January and February 2027, at a pay rate of $16.00 per hour plus bonus opportunities.

Formación

• Actively enrolled in a bachelor’s program full-time; Junior or Senior year.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Minimum of three months experience in sales, customer service, management or leadership.
• Valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in past 3 years.
• Must be able to work at least 20-25 hours per week.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction in past 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsabilidades

• Develop the skills to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Complete intern projects and engage in friendly competition with peers.
• May be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.
