Job summary

Enterprise is offering a paid Management Internship in the Homestead area (including Palmetto Bay, Cutler Bay, Perrine). The 12-week program starts January 13, 2027, with part-time hours and a pay rate of $20 per hour.

As an intern, you’ll face real-world challenges alongside first- and second-year professionals, gaining hands-on leadership and fleet-management experience while developing marketing strategies and customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Must be a Senior or rising Senior enrolled full-time in a Bachelor's degree program.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a minimum of six months experience in sales, customer service, management or leadership.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on your record in the past 5 years (i.e., DUI, DWI).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• Must be able to work 10-12 weeks throughout the Spring, starting January 13th.

Responsibilities

• Develop skills to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Complete intern projects and engage in friendly competition with peers; may be eligible for performance incentives and referral rewards.
