Responsibilities

Daily administrative support including scanning documents and filing statements.
Assist client service team to prepare portfolio analytics and presentation materials.
Attend client calls covering market outlook, portfolio performance, and financial planning.
Create manager profiles in a proprietary database and liaise with investor relations when needed.
Take notes on manager calls and participate in investment research meetings.
