Job summary

Qualifications

• Hands-on engineer with CAD experience and die tooling knowledge.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills for cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work on the manufacturing floor with operators and maintenance staff.

Responsibilities

• Design and modify tooling, fixtures, gauges, and machine components using 3D CAD.
• Develop drawings, BOMs and documentation for fabrication and implementation.
• Collaborate with toolmakers, maintenance, fabricators, and suppliers on tooling solutions.
• Evaluate tooling and equipment for improvement, standardization and cost reduction.
• Conduct annual die reviews and coordinate machinery installations or upgrades.
• Provide daily engineering support to maintenance and tool room
