Job summary

Marriott Vacations Worldwide offers a hands-on internship program at our Lakeland, FL headquarters, available for 3 or 6 months, in-office only. Interns gain real-world experience across departments, guided by leaders, and participate in leadership sessions and project work.

Candidates must be pursuing a college degree in Finance, Communications, Business, Data Analytics or similar, with strong writing, editing and communication skills, plus proficiency in Microsoft applications.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a college degree in Finance, Communications, Business, Data Analytics or similar.
• Strong writing and editing skills are preferred.
• Excellent communication and Microsoft applications proficiency expected.
• AI Agent experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with department day-to-day operations.
• Support project planning and execution under guidance of team members.
• Attend team meetings and contribute ideas and feedback.
• Gather and analyze data to support projects, reports, or presentations.
• Help document departmental SOPs - writing and editing SOPs.
