Job summary

Marriott Vacations Worldwide invites student interns to join its Corporate Finance & Accounting team for a 3- or 6-month internship at the Orlando HQ. The program blends on-site experiences with hybrid work and mentorship from department leaders.

You will assist in Mortgage Banking operations, analyze data, prepare reports, and participate in process improvement initiatives while gaining exposure to senior leaders and a cross-functional project.

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel skills and Power BI experience.
• Familiarity with AI concepts and tools.
• Proficiency with Pivot Tables for data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Assist with department day-to-day operations.
• Support project planning and execution under team guidance.
• Attend team meetings and contribute ideas and feedback.
• Gather and analyze data to support projects, reports, or presentations.
• Support day-to-day Mortgage Banking and Financial Services operations.
• Generate, maintain, and analyze business reports and provide data insights.
• Assist with servicing the mortgage loan portfolio under $10,000.
• Support mortgage operations and process improvement initiatives.
