Job summary

Marriott Vacations Worldwide offers an on-site internship at a designated resort location for 3- or 6-month terms. Interns will gain hands-on experience in Villa Care Preventative Maintenance, shadow the Resort Facilities Manager, and work on a meaningful project that supports operations.

As an intern you must be actively pursuing a college degree; the program includes leadership sessions, inter-department shadowing, safety training, and a path toward future opportunities within Marriott

Qualifications

• Must be actively pursuing a college degree at any level.
• Preference for a degree related to the field.
• A valid driver’s license may be required depending on scope.

Responsibilities

• Learn the essentials of Villa Care Preventative Maintenance (e.g., basic painting, repairs, HVAC readings).
• Understand the roles and responsibilities of the Resort Facilities Manager and the operational structure.
• Perform minor building repairs and respond to guest repair requests.
• Manage work orders and participate in safety and training sessions.
