Job summary

Sanofi in Cambridge, MA is seeking a Spring Co-op to support developability assays for therapeutic proteins within the Characterization team. You will work on protein purity analysis (SDS-PAGE, HPLC-SEC, HIC, DLS) and stability testing, with data interpretation and presentation to project teams.

The role offers hands-on experience in analytical methods and collaboration across disciplines during a 6-month program.

Qualifications

• Pursuing BA/BS or MS in Biochemistry, Biophysics, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, Biology, Chemistry
• Must be permanently authorized to work in the U.S. and not require visa sponsorship
• Students on CPT/OPT/STEM OPT usually require sponsorship for long-term employment
• Must be enrolled in an accredited college/university during the co-op
• Must relocate to Cambridge, MA and work 40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri for the duration

Responsibilities

• Analyze protein purity by SDS-PAGE, HPLC-SEC, HIC and DLS.
• Conduct protein stability assays by thermal denaturation and accelerated degradation methods.
• Analyze, interpret, document, and present data to project teams.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to share knowledge and ideas.
