Sanofi in Cambridge, MA, is offering a 6-month Spring Co-op in the Characterization team. You will support developability assays for protein therapeutics, working on monospecific and multispecific antibodies and using analytical methods for routine testing and extended characterization of physicochemical attributes.

The role requires a BA/BS or MS in Biochemistry or related field, U.S. work authorization, full-time commitment, and relocation to Cambridge for the duration.

Qualificações

• Pursuing a BA/BS or MS in a relevant field such as Biochemistry, Biophysics, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, Biology, or Chemistry.
• Must be permanently authorized to work in the U.S. and not require sponsorship now or in the future.
• Enrolled in an accredited college/university throughout the co-op.
• Must relocate to the office and work 40 hours per week for the duration.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze protein purity using SDS-PAGE, HPLC-SEC, HIC, and DLS.
• Conduct stability assays via thermal denaturation and accelerated degradation methods.
• Analyze, interpret, document, and present data to project teams.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and contribute to group knowledge.
• Maintain meticulous bench-work and records, and work independently.
• Experience with routine lab equipment and buffer preparation.
