Qualifications

• Pursuing BA/BS or MS in Biochemistry or related field.
• U.S. work authorization without visa sponsorship.
• Enrollment in an accredited college/university during internship.
• Willingness to relocate to Cambridge and work 40 hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Analyze protein purity by SDS-PAGE, HPLC-SEC, HIC, and DLS.
• Conduct stability assays using thermal denaturation and accelerated degradation methods.
• Analyze, interpret, document and present data to project teams.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to share knowledge.
• Be highly motivated, learn new skills, and maintain meticulous bench-work.
• Work with routine lab equipment, buffers, pH, and UV absorbance.
