Job summary

ASC Advisors LLC is seeking a high-energy Program Coordinator for our Spring Break camp, overseeing daily camp culture and activities for ages 8–15. You’ll organize schedules, supervise staff, and ensure a safe, engaging experience both on-site and with partner organizations.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and problem-solving skills, with prior youth program experience and a background check. Camp runs March 14–20, 2027; staff live on-site.

Qualifications

• You are 18 years or older and have a GED or High School Diploma.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills are required.
• At least 2 years of experience with camp, youth development, or outdoor programs.
• Must be able to pass a national criminal background check and have management experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute daily schedules, tracks, activities, and evening events; manage supplies and partner hosting.
• Lead morning and evening camp assemblies, conduct safety orientations, and manage schedule transitions by radio.
• Coach counselors, monitor camper-to-staff ratios, delegate tasks, and maintain high program quality.
• Engage directly with campers, lead activities, and foster an inclusive camp culture.
• Complete incident reports, assist with parent communications, track expenses, and enforce safety standards.
