Job summary

Fellowship Recovery is seeking motivated individuals for our spring term internship program. The role offers hands‑on experience in outpatient SUD treatment with supervision and guidance from seasoned professionals.

Compensation starts at $15 per hour for the first 440 hours and raises to $18 per hour for the latter portion, with 30–40 hours weekly. You will participate in group sessions, training, and individual counseling activities, building essential clinical competencies and time‑management

Qualifications

• Current enrollment in an ADC‑T or LADC college program.
• Desire to work with families in a clinical setting.
• Good IT and communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented approach.
• Strong time‑management and organization.

Responsibilities

• Work onsite and attend group sessions and required training.
• Gain hands‑on experience with all 12 of the core competencies.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Participate in individual and group counseling sessions.
• Support behavior management strategies.
