You will engage in bio-psychosocial assessments, discharge planning, and close collaboration with referral sources and the UR department to ensure coordinated care.

Qualifications

• Student pursuing Drug & Alcohol counseling certification from an accredited institution.
• 2 years’ experience working in a substance abuse environment preferred.
• Ability to work effectively with people and aid them in adjusting to their specific problems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and provide individualized case management and group therapy.
• Conduct bio-psychosocial assessments and discharge planning.
• Maintain communication with referral sources and other service providers; liaison with UR department.
