Job summary

Partners Behavioral Healthcare is seeking a LADC Intern to work in our outpatient SUD program in Mankato during spring semester, starting in January 2027. The LADC/ADC-T Intern works within a treatment setting alongsideanLicensed Alcohol & Drug Counselor to provideaddictionstreatment services.

Interns gain hands-on experience across program services and tasks required to meet the 12 Core Functions including, screening, intake, orientation, assessment, treatment planning, counseling, case

Qualifications

• Enrolled in an ADC education program and pursuing required credits.
• Maintain professional conduct and appearance.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Successful completion of MN DHS Background Study.
• Ability to work under supervision in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Work in outpatient SUD program under supervision.
• Assist with daily client care and coordinate clinical services.
• Develop skills across the 12 Core Functions.
• Learn documentation and charting procedures.
• Participate in training and supervision sessions.
