Qualifications

  • Must have completed Intermediate Financial Accounting I.
  • Must have a 3.0 cumulative GPA.
  • Availability to work in-office during internship.
  • Strong Excel skills and analytical ability.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Work on buy-side and sell-side deal teams using Excel to analyze target financial data.
  • Participate in discussions with executives and decision makers on investment issues.
  • Learn in a hands-on, fast-paced environment with mentoring throughout the internship.
  • Collaborate with associates and partners on deal workflows.

Spring 2028 Transaction Advisory Internship (In-Person)

Hours Requirements: 15-40 hours per week

What You’ll Be Doing
As a transaction advisory intern, you will be a key member of buy-side and sell-side deal teams, utilizing your Microsoft Excel skills to compile and analyze target company financial data. You will participate in discussions with key executives and decision makers and help identify potential issues important to our clients’ investment decisions. You’ll be able to apply your education in a hands-on, fast-paced learning environment, collaborate with associates and partners, and connect with a dedicated mentor throughout your internship.


How You Can Grow
Unlike most transaction advisory internship experiences, you will participate in transactions from start to finish. You will have the opportunity to contribute in executive management meetings and have direct access to senior members of the deal team.

The learning curve is steep, but you will quickly improve your analytical and professional communication skills to position you for future career success.

  • Must currently be pursuing a degree in accounting
  • Relevant transaction advisory, audit, finance, investment banking, or private equity internship experience strongly preferred
  • Must have completed Intermediate Financial Accounting I
  • Must have a 3.0 Cumulative GPA
  • Availability to work in-office during the internship period
  • Ability to collaborate and work effectively with a team
