Job summary

Enterprise is offering a Spring Internship designed to accelerate career growth in sales management. You’ll gain real-world leadership experience from day one while working in a team-based environment at our Shamokin Dam location.

The paid internship starts at $16 per hour and includes a 3-month head start on our Sales Management Training Program. The role emphasizes hands-on learning, with exposure to managing a fleet of vehicles, customer service, and developing marketing strategies.

Qualifications

• Must be a Senior graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree no later than May 2027.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be able to start on January 6th, 2027.
• Must be able to commit to 10-12 week program working a minimum of 25 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Join our Sales Management Internship Program and gain hands-on experience in fleet management, customer care, marketing strategy, and relationship building.
• Complete intern projects and engage in friendly competition with peers; may be eligible for performance incentives and referral rewards.

Responsibilities

When you join our Sales Management Internship Program, you'll soon discover that every day is different because it is filled with new, exciting, rewarding and often unexpected opportunities. For a season, we’ll put you in the middle of everything, just like our Management Trainees. We’ll give you the chance to develop the skills you need to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.

During our internship, you’ll use the skills you learn to complete intern projects and engage in some friendly competition with your peers. You may also be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.
