Job summary

Enterprise is offering a Sales Management Internship in Shamokin Dam, PA for university students. The paid internship provides hands-on experience to learn how to run a business and develop leadership skills from day one.

You will work a 40-hour week for 10–12 weeks at 2558 N Susquehanna Trail, gaining exposure to fleet management, customer care, and marketing strategy. It’s an on-site summer opportunity with potential bonuses and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Must currently be a Junior (rising Senior) graduating with a Bachelors Degree no later than May 2028.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on your record in the past 3 years (i.e., DUI, DWI).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• Must be able to start in our Summer Intern Orientation Class on Monday, May 24th.
• Must be able to commit to a 40/hour per week schedule for 10-12 weeks.

This Summer Internship offers compensation of $16 / hour and is located at 2558 N Susquehanna Trail Shamokin Dam, PA 17870.

Responsibilities

When you join our Sales Management Internship Program, you'll soon discover that every day is different because it is filled with new, exciting, rewarding and often unexpected opportunities. For a season, we'll put you in the middle of everything, just like our Management Trainees. We'll give you the chance to develop the skills you need to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.
