Job summary

Winter Construction is seeking an Intern/Co-op for Spring 2027. This full-time position provides hands-on experience on active commercial construction projects, working closely with senior project teams.

Responsibilities include supporting the Project Manager and Superintendent, reviewing plans and specs, tracking RFIs and submittals, coordinating with subs, site walks, and preparing meeting minutes for stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required or in progress.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Manager and Superintendent to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.
• Review plans, specs, and submittals for contract compliance.
• Track RFIs, submittals, change orders, and key documents.
• Coordinate with subcontractors to maintain schedule and address field issues.
• Conduct site walks for quality control and safety.
