Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on exposure to pre-construction, project start-up, and site analysis.
• Assist in finances, estimating, submittals, scheduling, and safety practices.
• Participate in project documentation, QA, close-out, and client relations.

Winter offers Project Engineer internships for students who have completed their freshman year of college. Our interns receive hands‑on experience, develop strong relationships and leave with indispensable work experience. Our interns encounter exposure to many of Winter's daily business functions, including: pre-construction, project start‑up, finances, estimating, submittals, quality assurance, project documentation, scheduling, safety, close‑out, warranty, presentations, site analysis, business development, and client relationships.
