SharkNinja, Needham, MA, is seeking a Product Integrity Co-op for January through June. The role is full-time and onsite, 40 hours per week, with a compensation range of $28–$34 per hour.

You will design and build electro‑mechanical test rigs, run controlled experiments, analyze data, and help drive product quality across categories from floorcare to home environment solutions. On-site collaboration with engineers is essential.

Competenze

• Education: Related bachelor's or master's program or recent graduate.
• Must be able to work full-time, 40 hours/week onsite in Needham, MA.
• Prior experience designing or analyzing electromechanical systems.
• Excellent oral and written communication to create reports and procedures.
• Energy to drive change and a proactive attitude.
• Analytical, problem solving, and root-cause analysis skills.
• Ability to multi-task and handle competing priorities.
• "Hands-on" prototyping and experimental testing environment.
• Proficient in MS Office.
