Job summary

SharkNinja is seeking a Spring 2027 Product Integrity Co-op in Needham, MA. This 6-month, full-time role runs January through June with 5 days/week onsite and compensation ranging from $28 to $34 per hour, determined by a standardized education-based scale.

You will design and test electro-mechanical systems, collaborate with engineers, and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced development environment, contributing to durable, high-quality products.

Qualifications

• Current student in a related bachelor’s or master’s program or recent graduate.
• Must be able to work a full-time 40-hour week onsite in Needham, MA.
• Prior experience designing or analyzing electromechanical systems.
• Excellent oral and written communication to create reports and procedures.
• Analytical and problem-solving with root-cause analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and build custom electro-mechanical test rigs that simulate real-life usage and push products to the limit.
• Develop science-backed test methods to evaluate performance, reliability, and user experience.
• Analyze large sets of test data with statistical tools to uncover insights and drive decisions.
• Document findings clearly to influence next-gen product improvements.
• Tear down SharkNinja products to understand how they work and how they can improve.
• Collaborate with engineers across product development, quality, and testing to turn data into action.
• Gain hands-on exposure to high-impact testing affecting products seen in homes.
• Explore failure modes and troubleshoot issues to elevate product quality.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of test lab processes and capabilities.
• Build a portfolio of real-world test systems and reports with cross-functional impact.
