Continental Properties is seeking a Paid Pre-Construction Intern for Spring 2027 at our home office in Menomonee Falls, WI. This on-site, part-time internship offers exposure to real estate development and construction management as you support the preconstruction team.

You will research codes, permits, and fees, assist with early budgets and estimates, and coordinate dry utilities while committing to at least 20 hours per week during Spring and up to 40 hours in Summer.

Description

Continental Properties is looking for a Spring 2027 Pre- Construction Intern (Part-Time) to join our Construction team at our home office in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin.

You will work closely with our Construction project team while participating directly in the real estate development and construction management process of our rental housing communities.
Candidates must be able to work a minimum of 20 hours per week during the Spring 2027 semester.

Position Specifics:

• Part-Time During Spring 2027; Full-Time During Summer 2027
• Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
• Preconstruction:
  • Research codes, permits, and fees
• Dry utility coordination
• Assist with early budgets and estimates

Skills for Success:

• Available to work approximately 20 hours during the Spring 2027 semester, transitioning to 40 hours per week during the Summer
• Currently a student of Freshman, Sophomore, or Junior standing enrolled in an Engineering, Construction Management, or related program
