Job summary

The International Center (Indianapolis) offers an internship supporting the Senior VP of Operations & Chief of Staff and the Office Manager. You participate in special organizational projects and assist with data analysis.

The program emphasizes understanding U.S. and international business, project management techniques, and professional development through weekly programming and networking. Hybrid work is possible; compensation includes $15/hour and a monthly parking stipend.

Job description

POSITION SUMMARY

The selected intern works in direct support of the International Center’s Senior Vice President of Operations & Chief of Staff, and Office Manager & CRM Administrator, and is involved in all activities relating to special organizational projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Research and analyze information, prepare and present findings to supervisor and staff
  • As this is a “special needs” role, general responsibilities will be determined by the project needs
  • Data analytics related to internship program
  • Management of organizational projects

  • Understanding of project management techniques, research and analysis, organizational structure, business operations, reporting and presentation

PAY & SCHEDULE
  • $15/hour, plus $80 monthly parking stipend
  • The Center’s office hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday - Friday
  • Interns work an average of 20 hours per week during the fall and spring terms, and an average of 30 hours per week during the summer term
  • Hybrid work possible, based on project needs and availability
