Job summary

Enterprise Holdings in Harrisburg invites university students to join our Spring Management Internship, a paid program that starts at $16 per hour and places you at one of our Harrisburg, PA branches. You'll gain real-world experience in fleet management, customer service, and leadership training from day one.

Qualifications

• Senior graduating with a Bachelor's degree no later than May 2027.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction in the past 3 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States and not require work sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Support management development by tackling fleet, customer service and marketing tasks.
• Engage in intern projects and learn the same training as full-time Management Trainees.
• Build relationships with customers and coworkers; participate in team-based activities.
• Potential eligibility for performance incentives and referral rewards.

This is a paid internship starting at $16 / hour and will be located out of one of our Harrisburg, PA branches:

Responsibilities

When you join our Management Internship Program, you'll soon discover that every day is different because it is filled with new, exciting, rewarding and often unexpected opportunities. For a season, we’ll put you in the middle of everything, just like our Management Trainees. We’ll give you the chance to develop the skills you need to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.

During our internship, you’ll use the skills you learn to complete intern projects and engage in some friendly competition with your peers. You may also be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.
