Job summary

Enterprise in Chambersburg, PA is seeking a Spring Management Intern to build leadership and business skills while gaining real-world experience. This paid internship mirrors the training of our full-time Management Trainees, providing a 3-month head start on program progress and graduation.

You will explore operations, customer care, and marketing, completing intern projects and competing with peers. Eligible for performance incentives and referrals; internship starts at $16/hour.

Qualifications

• Senior graduating with a Bachelor's degree no later than May 2027.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on your record in the past 3 years (i.e., DUI, DWI).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Develop leadership and business skills through the Enterprise Management Internship.
• Rotate through functions including fleet management, customer care, and marketing to gain real-world experience.
• Complete intern projects and engage in friendly competition with peers; may be eligible for incentives and referral rewards.

Our Spring Internship is meant to expediate your career growth and serve as a head start on our Management Training Program - you'll go through the same training that our full-time Management Trainees do, giving you a 3-month head start on graduating from our program and advancing in your career! This is a paid internship starting at $16 / hour and will be located out of our Chambersburg, PA branch at 1346 Lincoln Way E., Chambersburg, PA 17201.

Responsibilities

When you join our Management Internship Program, you'll soon discover that every day is different because it is filled with new, exciting, rewarding and often unexpected opportunities. For a season, we’ll put you in the middle of everything, just like our Management Trainees. We’ll give you the chance to develop the skills you need to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.

During our internship, you’ll use the skills you learn to complete intern projects and engage in some friendly competition with your peers. You may also be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.
