Job summary

Enterprise's Spring Internship is a paid program that jump-starts your career by giving real-world experience and a fast track to our Management Training Program. You’ll tackle the same challenges as our first- and second-year full-time professionals in a collaborative, team-based setting.

The paid internship starts at $16 per hour and is based at our Chambersburg, PA branch at 1346 Lincoln Way E., Chambersburg, PA 17201.

Qualifications

• Senior graduating with a Bachelor’s degree no later than May 2027.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on your record in the past 3 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Gain real-world management experience from day one in a paid internship.
• Work in a team-based environment with peers by your side to learn, grow and have fun.
• Develop skills to manage fleets, serve customers, create marketing plans and build relationships on the job.
• Complete intern projects and participate in friendly competition and performance incentives.

Jump start your career with Enterprise! Our Spring Internship is meant to expediate your career growth and serve as a head start on our Management Training Program - you'll go through the same training that our full-time Management Trainees do, giving you a 3-month head start on graduating from our program and advancing in your career! This is a paid internship starting at $16 / hour and will be located out of our Chambersburg, PA branch at 1346 Lincoln Way E., Chambersburg, PA 17201.

When you join our Management Internship Program, you'll soon discover that every day is different because it is filled with new, exciting, rewarding and often unexpected opportunities. For a season, we’ll put you in the middle of everything, just like our Management Trainees. We’ll give you the chance to develop the skills you need to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.

During our internship, you’ll use the skills you learn to complete intern projects and engage in some friendly competition with your peers. You may also be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.
