Job summary

Enterprise Mobility in Knoxville is offering a Management Internship Program for Spring 2027. This paid internship provides hands-on experience across sales, business development, customer service, retail management, and operations as you learn, grow, and advance within a team-based environment.

You’ll gain skills through training, mentoring, and real projects, including customer care, marketing strategy, and fleet operations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Senior enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program and graduating by December 2027.
• Relevant work experience preferred (sales, customer service, or management).
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in last 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in past 5 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Develop skills to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Complete intern projects and engage in friendly competition with peers; may be eligible for performance incentives and referral rewards.

Responsibilities

For a season, we’ll put you in the middle of everything, just like our Management Trainees. We’ll give you the chance to develop the skills you need to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.

During our internship, you’ll use the skills you learn to complete intern projects and engage in some friendly competition with your peers. You may also be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be a senior enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program and graduating by December 2027.
• Relevant work experience preferred (can be non-concurrent) in sales, customer service, or management. Will consider organizational involvement in lieu of work experience including student organizations/clubs at a leadership level; volunteerism at a leadership level; community involvement at a leadership level; student athletes.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents on driving record in the last 3 years (ie., DUI/DWI)
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
