Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring for its Management Training Internship Program for Spring 2027 in the Chattanooga market and surrounding communities. This paid, part-time internship (25 hours/week) runs Feb 1–Apr 30, 2027, with opportunities for long-term career growth after graduation.

You’ll gain hands-on experience across sales, customer service, and operations, with training, mentoring, and internal promotion paths, while working on real-world projects and potentially earning performance-based

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Senior enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program and graduating by December 2027.
• Relevant work experience preferred in sales, customer service, or management.
• Leadership through student organizations/clubs, volunteerism, community involvement, or athletics.
• Valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in last 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction in past 5 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Develop the skills to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Complete intern projects and engage in friendly competition with peers; may be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be a senior enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program and graduating by December 2027.
• Relevant work experience preferred (can be non-concurrent) in sales, customer service, or management. Will consider organizational involvement in lieu of work experience including student organizations/clubs at a leadership level; volunteerism at a leadership level; community involvement at a leadership level; student athletes.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents on driving record in the last 3 years (ie., DUI/DWI)
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
