Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Co-op program in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Must complete at least two full-time, alternating Co-op rotations before graduation.
• Rotations: Spring 2027 and Fall 2027.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate in a team under Logistics and Manufacturing leaders.
• Support Project Managers and Foremen in procurement and delivery strategies.
• Work with Shop Superintendents to apply LEAN and reduce waste.
• Analyze data to identify trends and prioritize high-impact initiatives.
• Communicate effectively from frontline staff to executives.
