• Currently enrolled in a BS or MS in relevant Engineering discipline.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Able to lead and provide project status updates to functional management and process teams.
• Strong deadline management and writing skills.
• Familiar with formal problem-solving techniques (Cause & effect analysis, 5 Why’s, etc.)
• Effective interpersonal skills and adeptness in working with culturally diverse employee population.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain raw material inventory database.
• Implement floor layout improvements.
• Execution of general on and off laser job tasks to complete customer orders.
• Perform equipment set up, part production, and maintenance of laser workstations.
• Other duties as assigned.
