Job summary

Bosch Rexroth is seeking a Mechanical Engineering Co-op for Spring 2027. You will assist with engineering projects in a manufacturing setting, gaining hands-on experience in design, process improvement, and equipment maintenance.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering degree with CAD familiarity and strong problem-solving skills. This full-time role operates in an industrial environment, with opportunities to work alongside seasoned engineers to support

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering.
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar) preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes and tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

Assist with engineering projects in a manufacturing environment.
