McKenney's is seeking a co-op engineer to join from day one, receiving training and impactful tasks that support our projects' success.
You will work with Project Managers and field teams to coordinate materials, manage budgets, and safeguard safety and quality while meeting schedules.
This paid co-op role requires enrollment in an accredited program and completion of three rotations during 2027–2028.

Success in this role depends on the Co-op’s initiative and teamwork skills. A successful Co-op will support projects from preconstruction through closeout, collaborating with Project Managers, vendors, and field teams to coordinate materials, manage logistics, and uphold safety, quality, and budget standards.
Top achieving Co-ops may take on increased responsibilities and ownership of projects under guidance.
