The Research Coordinator/Lab Manager coordinates and manages research operations for the Social Psychology of Research Experiences & Education (SPREE) Lab under the direction of the Principal Investigator (PI), Dr. Erin Dolan. This position is responsible for ongoing projects including multiple intervention studies aimed at improving mentoring relationships between life science graduate students and their faculty research advisors.Primary responsibilities include recruitment, screening, tracking, data collection, and analysis for research involves human participants. This individual will maintain and organize detailed study records and datasets and support the organization and implementation of other research projects in the lab. Additional duties and opportunities may include facilitating components of intervention programs and contributing to grant writing and publications.
